1. Invitations are being sent home on Monday for students in grades 3-8 who have been referred to our new after school tutoring program by their teachers, based on classroom and test performance. Tutoring will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30, beginning Monday, Janaury 30. There is no transportation provided. Registration forms are located on the invitations and are due back to your child’s teacher by Thursday, January 26. Please call Mrs. Brunner if you have any questions.
2. Just a reminder that our Winter session of Girls Inc for 4th and 5th grade girls has resumed. There are a few more spots available. Please contact Ms. Vik at 317.890.9100 ext 105 for questions or to sign up your daughter.
3. Our boy’s basketball team will be playing at Kipp on Tuesday, October 26 and at Mt. Carmel Church against Lighthouse on Thursday, January 26. Both games start at 5:30. Please come show your support for our players and cheerleaders.
4. Parents, please remember that all students that are not registered to receive our Imagine Zone after care services should be picked up no later than 3:30 every day. Also, please remember that all students need to be at school by 8 AM each day. Our students are trying to achieve perfect attendance rewards. Being here on time will help them achieve this goal.
5. Parents, please plan to attend our next CARE crew meeting which is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 30th at 5:30 PM. The meeting takes place in the auditorium.
